Biddat Number 2
► Misyar marriage allowed by Abdul Aziz bin Baaz , where is concept of this marriage came from

ANS:-Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked about Misyaar marriage; this kind of marriage is where the man marries a second, third or fourth wife, and the wife is in a situation that compels her to stay with her parents or one of them in her own house, and the husband goes to her at various times depending on the circumstances of both. What is the Islamic ruling on this type of marriage?

He replied:There is nothing wrong with that if the marriage contract fulfils all the conditions set out by sharee’ah, which is the presence of the wali and the consent of both partners, and the presence of two witnesses of good character to the drawing up of the contract, and both partners being free of any impediments, because of the general meaning of the words of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him): “The conditions that are most deserving of being fulfilled are those by means of which intimacy becomes permissible for you” and “The Muslims are bound by their conditions.” If the partners agree that the woman will stay with her family or that her share of the husband’s time will be during the day and not during the night, or on certain days or certain nights, there is nothing wrong with that, so long as the marriage is announced and not hidden. End quote.

Fataawa ‘Ulama’ al-Balad al-Haraam (p. 450, 451) and Jareedah al-Jazeerah issue no. 8768, Monday 18 Jumaada al-Oola 1417 AH.

However, some students of the Shaykh said that he later retracted the view that it is permissible, but we could not find anything in writing to prove that. !!!

► The concept Allah (swt) has literal hands, leg,eye is only in a sky , etc , Where is it proved from Quran and hadiths , This aqeeda is a bidah, only ibn e taymiyah believed in this concept and was criticized by many

Ans:-They have not appraised Allah with true appraisal, while the earth entirely will be [within] His grip on the Day of Resurrection, and the heavens will be folded in His right hand. Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him.

Biddat Number 4
►Saying Bismilallah befofe reading every Sura'h in Salat, where did Sahabas(Ra) read bismilAllah afer every surah

Praise be to Allaah.
Reciting the Basmalah (i.e., the phrase “Bismillaah ir-Rahmaan ir-Raheem (in the name of Allaah, the most Gracious, the Most Merciful)” is mustahabb (encouraged), not obligatory. It is mustahabb if you are going to recite a soorah from the beginning, so the worshipper says it before al-Faatihah. With regard to the soorah after al-Faatihah, if he is reciting it from the beginning of the soorah, then he should say the Basmalah, apart from Soorat al-Tawbah, because the Basmalah is not recited at the beginning of it. If he is reciting from the middle of a soorah, then it is not mustahabb to recite the Basmalah.

The Standing Committee said:
The sound Sunnah indicates that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) recited the Basmalah in prayer before al-Faatihah and before other soorahs, apart from Soorat al-Tawbah, but he did not recite it out loud in the prayers in which he recited Qur’aan out loud.
Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah, 6/378

They also said:It is prescribed to recite the Basmalah in every rak’ah before al-Faatihah and before every soorah apart from Soorat Baraa’ah (i.e., Soorat al-Tawbah).

Ibid.

And they said:If (the worshipper) is going to recite a soorah after al-Faatihah, he should recite the Basmalah silently beforehand. But if he is going to recite a brief passage from the middle or end of a soorah, then it is not prescribed for him to recite the Basmalah.
Fataawa al-Lajnah al-Daa’imah, 6/380

ans:-Narrated Nafi': When the people of Medina dethroned yazid bin Muawiya, Ibn 'Umar gathered his special friends and children and said, "I heard the Prophet saying, 'A flag will be fixed for every betrayer on the Day of Resurrection,' and we have given the oath of allegiance to this person (yazid) in accordance with the conditions enjoined by Allah and His Apostle and I do not know of anything more faithless than fighting a person who has been given the oath of allegiance in accordance with the conditions enjoined by Allah and His Apostle , and if ever I learn that any person among you has agreed to dethrone yazid, by giving the oath of allegiance (to somebody else) then there will be separation between him and me."

Narrated Jabir: When NEGUS died, the Prophet said, "Today a pious man has died. So get up and offer the funeral prayer for your brother Ashama
SAHIH BUKHARI.... (Book #58, Hadith #217)

Narrated Jabir bin 'Abdullah Al-Ansari: Allah's Apostle led the funeral prayer for the NEGUS and made us stand in rows behind him and I was in the second or third row.
SAHIH BUKHARI......(Book #58, Hadith #218)

Narrated Abu Huraira: that Allah's Apostle informed them (i.e. his companions) of the death of NEGUS, the king of Ethiopia, on the very day on which the latter died, and said, "Ask Allah's Forgiveness for your brother" Abu Huraira further said, "Allah's Apostle made them (i.e. the Muslims) stand in rows at the Musalla (i.e. praying place) and led the funeral prayer for the NEGUS and said four Takbir."
SAHIH BUKHARI (Book #58, Hadith #220)

Narrated Abu Huraira:A black man or a black woman used to sweep the mosque and he or she died. The Prophet (sallallahu 'alaihi wa sallam) asked about her (or him). He was told that she (or he) had died. He said, "Why did you not inform me? Show me his grave (or her grave)." So he went to her (his) grave and offered her (his) funeral prayer."
(Reference: Sahih al-Bukhari 458;(English) reference: Vol. 1, Book 8, Hadith 448)

Sahih Bukhari Volume 002, Book 023, Hadith Number 421.
-----------------------------------------
Narated By Abu Huraira : A black person, a male or a female used to clean the Mosque and then died. The Prophet (p.b.u.h) did not know about it. One day the Prophet remembered him and said, "What happened to that person?" The people replied, "O Allah's Apostle! He died." He said, "Why did you not inform me?" They said, "His story was so and so (i.e. regarded him as insignificant)." He said, "Show me his grave." He then went to his grave and offered the funeral prayer.

The Shaafa’is and Hanbalis are of the view that it is prescribed to offer the funeral prayer in absentia for everyone who dies away from his home town, even if the funeral prayer is offered for him in the place where he dies.

Al-Nawawi (may Allaah have mercy on him) said in al-Majmoo’ (5/211): Our view is that it is permissible to offer the funeral prayer for one died away from his home town, but Abu Haneefah disallowed it. Our evidence is the hadeeth about the Negus, which is saheeh and has no faults, and they do not have any valid answer to that. End quote.

Biddat Number 7
► Raising Hands in Witr Salat for reading Dua and muktadi at the back say amin amin, show mejust one proof of this bidah

ans:-Raising the hands is mentioned in a saheeh report from ‘Umar (may Allaah be pleased with him), as was narrated by al-Bayhaqi in a report which he classed as saheeh (2/210).

Biddat Number 8
► Raising finger constantly (again and aggain) during during attahiyyat in salah , kindly let me know which hadiths states to raise finger again and aggain during every sala'h

ANS:-
Wa'il bin Hujr said:"I said: 'I am going to watch how the Messenger of Allah () prays.' So I watched him and he stood and said the takbir, and raised his hands until they were in the level with his ears, then he placed his right hand over his left hand, wrist and lower forearm. When he wanted to bow he raised his hands likewise. Then he prostrated and placed his hands in level with his ears. Then he sat up and placed his left leg under him; he put his left hand on his left thigh and knee, and he put the edge of his right elbow on his right thigh, then he held two of his fingers together and made a circle, and raised his forefinger, and I saw him moving it and supplicating with it." (Sunan Nasai English reference: Vol. 2, Book 1, Hadith 890; Sunan Nasai Arabic reference: Book 11, Hadith 897)

Abdullah b. Zubair narrated on the authority of his father: When the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) sat in prayer. he placed the left foot between his thigh and shank and stretched the right foot and placed his left hand or his left knee and placed his right hand on his right thigh, and raised his finger.
SAHIH MUSLIM...(Book #004, Hadith #1201)

'Abdullah b. Zubair narrated on the authority of his father that when the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) sat for supplication, i. e. tashahhud (blessing and supplication), he placed his right hand on his right thigh and his left hand on his left thigh, and pointed with his forefinger, and placed his thumb on his (milddle) finger, and covered his knee with the palm of his left hand..
SAHIH MUSLIM... (Book #004, Hadith #1202)

Ibn 'Umar reported that when the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) sat for tashahhud he placed his left hand on his left knee. and his right hand on his right knee. and he raised his right finger, which is next to the thumb, making supplication in this way, and he stretched his left hand on his left knee. Another version on the authority of Ibn Umar says: When the Messenger of Allah (may peace be upon him) sat for tashahhud, he placed his left hand on his left knee and placed his right hand on his right knee, and he formed a ring like (fifty-three) and pointed with his finger of attestation.

Biddat Number 9
► during salat for the dead ,imam read the salat with a loud voice and the people standing behind him say amin amin, aloudly, continuously, this ia a bidaat

ANS:-Praise be to Allaah.
This is a reprehensible action for which there is no basis in the pure sharee’ah. Rather what is prescribed when following a funeral cortege is to remember the Hereafter and death, and to pray for forgiveness and mercy for the deceased, without raising one's voice. Qays ibn ‘Abbaad, the great Taabi’i (may Allaah have mercy on him) said: The Companions of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to dislike (loud) voices on three occasions: at funerals, when reciting dhikr and when fighting.

Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him), Majallat al-Buhooth al-Islamiyyah, 68/36.

► Following Saudia during Eids and Ramadhan occasions, Throughout history Prophet (salehlalawaalihi wasalam) ,Sahabas (Ra) and Salafs (rah) have followed local moon not a moon 5000 miles away, now show me proof for it

ans:- lies one more!
!
Praise be to Allaah.
If the people of your country rely on moon sighting as prescribed in sharee‘ah, then you should start and end the fast with them, and you should not differ from them and follow the moonsighting of another country, because the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: “The fast is the day when you fast and al-Fitr is the day when you break the fast, and al-Adha is the day when you offer the sacrifice.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi, 697, who said: some of the scholars interpreted this hadeeth as meaning that the beginning and end of the fast should be observed with the main body of Muslims and the majority of the people. The hadeeth was classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

Biddat Number 11
► 8 rakat tarawih (not tahajud salah) is a biddat having no proof from any Hadith or Salaf, nor did muslims throughout history ever performed 8 rakat tarawih in ramazan, but 20 rakat , now show me which hadiths proofs it , I am asking about Tarawih not Tahajud

ANS:-Yahya related to me from Malik from Muhammad ibn Yusuf that as-Sa'ib ibn Yazid said, "Umar ibn al-Khattab ordered Ubayy ibn Kab and Tamim ad-Dari to watch the night in prayer with the people for ELEVEN rakas. The reciterof the Qur'an would recite the Mi'in (a group of medium-sized suras) until we would be leaning on our staffs from having stood so long in prayer. And we would not leave until the approach of dawn."
muwatta bin malik (Book #6, Hadith #6.2.4)

Narrated Abu Salma bin 'Abdur Rahman: I asked 'aisha, "How is the prayer of Allah's Apostle during the month of Ramadan." She said, "Allah's Apostle never exceeded ELEVEN Rakat in Ramadan or in other months; he used to offer four Rakat-- do not ask me about their beauty and length, then four Rakat, do not ask me about their beauty and length, and then three Rakat." aisha further said, "I said, 'O Allah's Apostle! Do you sleep before offering the Witr prayer?' He replied, 'O 'aisha! My eyes sleep but my heart remains awake'!"
sahih bukhari.... (Book #21, Hadith #248)

Narrated Abu Salama bin 'Abdur Rahman: that he asked 'aisha "How was the prayer of Allah's Apostle in Ramadan?" She replied, "He did not pray more than ELEVEN Rakat in Ramadan or in any other month. He used to pray four Rakat ---- let alone their beauty and length----and then he would pray four ----let alone their beauty and length ----and then he would pray three Rakat (Witr)." She added, "I asked, 'O Allah's Apostle! Do you sleep before praying the Witr?' He replied, 'O 'aisha! My eyes sleep but my heart does not sleep."
sahih bukhari.....(Book #32, Hadith #230)

Narrated Abu Salama bin 'Abdur-Rahman: That he asked 'aisha "How was the prayer of Allah's Apostle in the month of Ramadan?" She replied, "He used not to pray more than ELEVEN Rakat whether in Ramadan or in any other month. He used to offer four Rakat, let alone their beauty and length, and then four Rakat, let alone their beauty and length. Afterwards he would offer three Rakat. I said, 'O Allah's Apostle! Do you go to bed before offering the Witr prayer?' He said, 'My eyes sleep, but my heart does not sleep."'
sahih bukhari.... (Book #56, Hadith #769)

in ramdhan it is clearly said he made an congregation bt he feard it would be obligatory!!

Narrated 'Aisha, the mother of the faithful believers: One night Allah's Apostle offered the prayer in the Mosque and the people followed him. The next night he also offered the prayer and too many people gathered. On the third and the fourth nights more people gathered, but Allah's Apostle did not come out to them. In the morning he said, "I saw what you were doing and nothing but the fear that it (i.e. the prayer) might be enjoined on you, stopped me from coming to you." And that happened in the month of Ramadan.

Biddat Number 13
► Reciting the Prayer of Completion of the Quran in Salat al Tarawih and also in Salat al Tahajjud

ANS:- OEN MORE LIES

Rather what is narrated from the salaf is to make du’aa’ after completing the Qur’aan, without stipulating any specific du’aa’ or any particular way of doing it. So if the Muslim completes the Holy Qur’aan, whether in Ramadaan or at other times, it is mustahabb for him to raise his hands and call upon Allaah, asking Him for the best in this world and in the Hereafter.
Shaykh Ibn Baaz (may Allaah have mercy on him) was asked:

Is there a specific du’aa’ for completing the Qur’aan?

He said:There is no evidence that there is a specific du’aa’ for this as far as I know. Hence it is permissible for a person to make du’aa’ as he wishes and to choose beneficial supplications such as praying to be forgiven, to be granted Paradise and to be saved from Hell, seeking refuge with Allaah from fitnah (temptation, tribulation), asking for help to understand the Qur’aan in the manner that Allaah is pleased with and to act upon it and memorize it, etc., because it was proven that Anas (may Allaah be pleased with him) used to gather his family when he completed the Qur’aan and make du’aa’.

ANS:Rafayadain(Raising Hands in salah)

Yahya related to me from Malik from Ibn Shihab from Salim ibn Abdullah from Abdullah ibn Umar that the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, used to raise his hands to the level of his shoulders when he began the prayer and when he raised his head from the ruku he raised them in the same way, saying, "("Sami a-l-lahu Liman hamida)''Allah hears whoever praises him, our Lord and praise belongs to You." He did not raise them in the sujud.
Muwata Imam Malik Book 003, Hadith Number 017.

Narrated by Nafi': Whenever Ibn 'Umar started the prayer with Takbir, he used to raise his hands: whenever he bowed(ruku), he used to raise his hands (before bowing) and also used to raise his hands on saying, "Sami a-l-lahu Liman hamida", and he used to do the same on rising from the second Rak'a (for the 3rd Rak'a). Ibn 'Umar said: "The Prophet used to do the same."
Sahih Bukhari Volume 1 : Book 12 : Hadith 706 :

Narrated by 'Abdullah bin 'Umar:
I saw Allah's Apostle opening the prayer with the Takbir and raising his hands to the level of his shoulders at the time of saying the Takbir, and on saying the Takbir for bowing he did the same; and when he said,"Sami a-l-lahu Liman hamida ", he did the same and then said, "Rabbana wa laka-l-hamd." Let those of you who are sedate and prudent be near me, then those who are next to them, then those who are next to them. Abu Mas'ud said: Now-a-days there is much dissension amongst you.

Narated By Abdullah ibn Umar : The Prophet (pbuh) said: Set the rows in order, stand shoulder to shoulder, close the gaps, be pliant in the hands of your brethren, and do not leave openings for the devil. If anyone joins up a row, Allah will join him up, but if anyone breaks a row, Allah will cut him off.
Abu-Dawud Book 002, Hadith Number 0666.

Narated By An-Nu'man ibn Bashir : The Apostle of Allah (pbuh) used to straighten our rows when we stood up to pray, and when we were straight, he said: Allah is most great (takbir).
Abu-Dawud Book 002, Hadith Number 0665.

Narated By Al-Bara' ibn Azib : The Apostle of Allah (pbuh) used to pass through the row from one side to the other; he used to set out chests and shoulders in order, and say: Do not be irregular. And he would say: Allah and His angels bless those who are near the first rows.
Abu-Dawud Book 002, Hadith Number 0664.

Narated By Anas ibn Malik : The Prophet (pbuh) said: Stand close together in your rows, bring them near one another, and stand neck to neck, for by Him in Whose hand my soul is, I see the devil coming in through openings in the row just like a small black sheep.
Abu-Dawud Book 002, Hadith Number 0667.

Yahya related to me from Malik from Nafi that Umar ibn al-Khattab used to order the rows to be straightened, and when they had come to him and told him that the rows were straight he would say the takbir.
Muwatta Imam-Malik Book 009, Hadith Number 047.

Yahya related to me from Malik from his paternal uncle, Abu Suhayl ibn Malik, that his father said, "I was with Uthman ibn Affan when the iqama was said for the prayer and I was talking to him about being assigned a definite allowance by him. I continued talking to him while he was levelling some small stones with his sandals, and then some men that he had entrusted to straighten the rows came and told him that the rows were straight. He said to me, 'Line up in the row,' and then he said the takbir."

Biddat Number 19
To offer salat without wearing a cap or covering the head has become a norm, kindly proof that offering salah without covering the head is proved from Prophet (saleh ala waalihi wasalam

Sahih Bukhari Volume 1, Book 8, Number 348:
Narrated Muhammad bin Al-Munkadir:
Once Jabir prayed with his Izar tied to his back while his clothes were Lying beside him on a wooden peg. Somebody asked him, "Do you offer  your prayer in a single Izar?" He replied, "I did so to show it to a fool like you. Had anyone of us two garments in the life-time of the Prophet?"

Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymeen (may Allaah have mercy on him) said:

It was narrated that Ibn ‘Umar said to his freed slave Naafi’: “Do you go and meet people bareheaded?” He said: “No.” He said: “Allaah has more right that you should be modest before Him.” This indicates that it is better to cover the head, but if we apply the words of Allaah - (interpretation of the meaning): “O Children of Adam! Take your adornment (by wearing your clean clothes) while praying” [al-A’raaf 7:31] – to this issue, we will see that covering the head is better among people who regard covering the head as a kind of adornment. But if we are among people who do not regard that as a kind of adornment, we do not say that covering it is better or that leaving it bare is better. It is proven that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) used to pray in a turban, and the turban is a head covering. End quote.

Biddat Number 21
Using the word Salafi to represent a sect ,although wahabis have never said its haram but prefer to usedthe word ahle sunnah wrongly for it, kindly show proof from Sahih hadith wherre did Prophet (صلی اللہ علیھ وآلھ وسلم) called any group as a salafi which will emerge during end of times.

ANS:-Praise be to Allaah.

We can answer this question with the following points:

Each person is obliged to follow the guidance of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and his Companions. This is the way of Ahl al-Sunnah wa’l-Jamaa’ah and the followers of the righteous predecessors (al-salaf al-saalih). Allaah says (interpretation of the meanings):

“Say (O Muhammad): ‘This is my way; I invite unto Allaah with sure knowledge, I and whosoever follows me with sure knowledge. And Glorified and Exalted be Allaah (above all that they associate as partners with Him). And I am not of the mushrikeen (polytheists… those who worship others along with Allaah or set up rivals or partners to Allaah).” [Yoosuf 12:108]

“And whoever contradicts and opposes the Messenger (Muhammad) after the right path has been shown clearly to him, and follows other than the believers’ way, We shall keep him in the oath he has chosen, and burn him in Hell – what an evil destination!” [al-Nisa’ 4:115]

Whoever follows the way of the Messenger of Allaah (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) belongs to the salaf al-saalih, even if the people call him something else; by the same token, whoever goes against it and deviates from the Sunnah is an innovator, even if he claims to be a Salafi.

If a person calls himself a Salafi to express his gratitude for having been guided to this way, or to clearly distinguish himself from innovation, then this is OK and is allowed in Islam. But if he says it only for the purpose of praising himself, then this is not allowed, because Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “… therefore justify not yourselves…” [al-Najm 53:32 – Yusuf ‘Ali’s translation]. Similarly, it is not allowed if it is said in a spirit of tribalism or sectarianism, because such attitudes are forbidden, as is clear from the following story: Jaabir ibn ‘Abd-Allaah said: “A man from the Muhaajireen shoved a man from the Ansaar from behind, so each man’s people gathered around him, saying ‘O Muhaajireen (come and help)!’ or ‘O Ansaar (come and help)!’ News of this reached the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) and he said, ‘Stop this, for it is repulsive.’ Then he said, ‘What is this call of the people of jaahiliyyah? What is this call of the people of jaahiliyyah?’” (Reported by Imaam Ahmad, 14105; the hadeeth is also to be found in al-Saheehayn). The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) called it the call of the people of jaahiliyyah and described it as repulsive, even though the words “Ansaari” and “Muhaajiri” are Islamic words, the first referring to those who supported Allaah and His Messenger, and the second referring to those who left the land of kufr and migrated to Allaah and His Messenger. Why were they described in this manner? Because in this instance, the words were not used in a permissible fashion; the usage was a sectarian and political one that could have led to fighting between the two groups. The same applies to the word “Salafi”.

If the Ahl al-Sunnah and the salaf draw a line between themselves and the innovators, this is not considered to be dividing the ummah, as those who criticize the use of this word think is the case, but this distancing of oneself has to be done in accordance with the degree of bid’ah – whether it is major or minor – and should be regulated by the overall interests of the Islamic da’wah.
